It was such a sensational experience to work with soft pastels on cotton boards. The colors, the freeform shapes, and the textures seduced my intuitive creativity, and I found myself indulged in the creative process with much joy and I let go of any formalities or restrictions. This discovery granted me the openness to explore unfamiliar aesthetic sensibilities aiming for a meditative effect, or a sense of floating in space.
